It was one year ago today that we lost the brave souls of Airheart, they went down in the bay in the early hours of the morning, please pray for there families at this difficult time.

a cousin of ours went down in a Lifeflight crash - she always said you try and balance your risk as crew vs the lives of others

did they ever find out what caused it - other than the thunderstorm?

I was down here last year at the time of this horrific crash. I remember something about bad weather and not following protocol. It was and is a terrible tragedy.

Thank you for posting this...I remembered it was in the fall, but didn't know the specific day.

A terrible, terrible tragedy...may they rest in peace and enjoy heaven's rewards.

I was there too.
