Blue Mtn Beach access pipes

My family went to the new access over the weekend and there are 2 pipes sticking out in the middle of the parking lot. Does anyone know what they are and if they will be moved or cut down? They block at least 2 parking spaces.

If I remember correctly they are either drainage or for light posts. Not sure exactly where in the parking lot you are talking about. :idontno:

I haven't looked lately, but if I had to guess, I'd guess they are drain pipes for showers? Or, if they are really in the middle, and they are rather large, drains for the paved parking lot, which would be cut after the asphalt is layed. If neither of those fit, maybe they are putting in a new blue sign, welcoming people to Blue Mtn Beach.

These are smack dab in the middle of the parking lot, so they cannot be for sign posts unless someone really went off the deep end.

They are probably for the underground stormwater treatment system that was part of the access rebuild.

Now I remember seeing those, they are for storm water.
