what is the pay rate? and hours?

1) Barista base pay is $7.50/hour + tips (base pay at Watercolor Starbucks will be $1 higher during in-season summer season).

2) Part time hours (# of hours will be dependent on your individual availability).

3) Health insurance qualification requires only 240 hours worked per calendar quarter (an average of 20hrs / week)!!! This is a rare and amazing benefit!!!
