I have been working for Cafe Provence for the last 6 months. This is a really cool place to work. The people are very friendly and laid back. The food is amazing and very French. You learn a great deal when working with this establishment. The wine list is amazing! The profesionals here will teach you everything you need to know to serve not only here but at some of the finest restaurants in the world.
