Graffiti at Carillon soft open

I just waddled back into the house, home from the soft open of the new Graffiti location at Carillon. Shawn and staff did an excellent job on the food and service. Our table had clam "Chowda", low country shrimp/scallops/smoked-gouda-grits, crusted grouper, and duck. All finished off with a creme brule-sorbet sampler.

All highly recommended. An excellent addition to the dining options at the east end.

They will be opening Funky Blues Shack across the street soon too. I hear they have Dread for the grand opening there.

Yes!!!!Great--- having one more restaurant on the East end--now if only more restaurants, besides Destin Chops, which will open at Rosemary!

Carillon needs to do a better job of getting locals and non Carillon tourists in there--maybe this restaurant will help!

The Funky Blues Shack could be a major draw. Their location in Destin has some fine music but is quite a haul.

How is the food at the Graffiti in Destin? We drive by it all the time but have never gone in.
