Nah...come on down. Much like Sandestin, there are parts open to the public..golf course, restaurants etc and parts exclusive to the owners...swimming pools etc.
I think the restaurant and bar are just happy to see anyone up for a good time.
Live bands playing are Banjo rama, jabbo and shannon, and a live jazz brunch from 11am to 2 pm on Sundays.
