Bud & Alley's Picks up 5th Golden Spoon Award Tonight In Tampa. Thanks to the talents of Chef Edward Reese and the fantastic staff of Bud & Alley's the Restaurant is again listed as one of Florida's top 20 restaurants by Florida Trend Magazine food Critic, Robert Tolf. Owner, Dave Rauschkolb and Chef Reese will be attending the annual awards dinner tonight at Sideburns steak house in Tampa.
