lol. Some quick research shows that the domain status for WaltonPA.com has expired. Maybe the County ran out of money, and couldn't pay the $10 to keep the website name. OOPS! What happened to the auto-renewal?

From the information it appears that they are contracting all those services to qpublic.net. I have come across them on several websites in Florida. The billing and adminstrative are all going to a person instead of a general mailbox so the ball must have gotten dropped on that one. I am sure it will be fixed quickly Monday morning.

Are you guys not sure the site being down wasn't a conspiracy by the homeowners? I don't think they like buyers checking out the sold prices because you know if it's not in the mls or if it's a sale by owner it doesn't count as a comp. Just my two cents worth....:floor: :floor::floor::floor:

Looks like John Cox at qpublic got around to reregistering it. They are located in Deland and apparently a real crack team.
If government work is bad can you imagine what sub-contracted government work is?

and they couldn't manage a simple forward? weirdness, but mostly incompetence! gives you a warm feeling to know who our property taxes are going to.

They don't handle the money, just the records. That's what scares me more. :Yikes:
