Project Serpo Update and Planet X Planning Disclosure
with Donald Ware, LTC (USAF Ret.)

Donald M. Ware has studied UFOs since he saw seven alien vehicles over Washington, D.C. on July 26, 1952. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University in 1957 and an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 1972. After serving his country as a fighter pilot, staff scientist, test manager, and teacher, he retired from the Air Force at the end of 1982. He served as State Director and Eastern Regional Director for MUFON, and since 1993 has been a Director of the International UFO Congress, www.ufocongress.com. Don is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Exopolitics Institute trying to move formal interaction with those from other planets to an unclassified level below that of MJ-12. His search for truth has led to physical, mental, and spiritual interactions with the larger reality represented by the alien presence. Project Serpo Update and Planet X Planning Disclosure:
The 27th covert release of the 1965 Human/Zeta officer exchange program called Project Serpo included a transcript of the first briefing on the alien presence for President Reagan in 1981. William Casey, Director of the CIA, was in charge of the briefing at Camp David. He briefed Reagan on Project Serpo three years after our officers returned. Some of his advisors had already been briefed. Five species of aliens were mentioned, including one that “abducted” people. Casey mentioned a Soviet “Roswell,” but the species of aliens was different.

On Januray 4, 2008 Project Camelot investigators posted a message by a Norwegian politician who described secret plans for preparing for planetary difficulties related to Planet X and 2012. He said Planet X is coming, and Norway has begun with storage of food and seeds. The government and military are planning to protect 2 million Norwegians in connected underground facilities. That is less than half of the population. He suggested that those not invited to share these shelters should “find caves up in the high places.” Ware will comment on information from other sources that correlates with this disclosure.
