Just got home from South Walton and whoever is building the HUGE compound in Paradise by the Sea on 30A on the same street as the Hilton house? Also looked at a small house on Hidden Lakes Drive for ourselves, very poor people we are. What is the story on this area? Ole Florida something, across 30A from the gulf? The owner did not seem very motivated. hmmm

I believe it is a contractor from Atlanta who owns and is building the home. I met his brother-in-law, who is from Manchester, England and very nice.

If it is the same one that is on your right if you are going toward Mr. Hilton's house, he is a doctor from Atlanta, I have known him about 5 years and he is a nice guy. The builder that built my house is building his.
