Mediacom out again this evening

I was using the web and it went down at 4:58PM.

Did the normal stuff (check the cables, recycle power to the modem, light incense, sacrifice a small animal, etc..) and it stayed down.

Called Mediacom support.

Third outage this week. The same 153 customers (I guess) that were out of service yesterday and this AM are out again.
