Restaurant and club owners:

Pull those sweet/low caddies off the table along with salt and pepper shakers. As a friend of mine said, "Once over 65 apparently whoever dies with the most sweet and low packets wins."

Cut extra lemon cause it's time for everyone's favorite make it yourself cocktail of free lemons and sugar packets.

Hide the locals and early bird specials. Your wait staff may revolt after doing 80 covers and making the same in tips $0.80.

Rental owners:

Inventory, inventory, inventory...

Snow birds will take light bulbs, remote batteries, and anything else they fell like they paid for. Seriously I've had to replace these items after snowbirds leave, not because they are broken or dead, but because they are flat out gone.

Commuters:

Pad that morning drive as you will be doing it at 25/35/45 kilometers per hour and not miles per hour.

Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.

Which snow birds are you referring to..the Canadian or American snow birds? ... or are they stereotypical Equals (excuse the pun)?

Scary! I am more than three decades shy of 65 yet when I am at Lenny's I have a nearly irresistible urge to pilfer all that Splenda that's just sitting there.

So if all the above stereotypes are true sowalgayboi, should I also be forewarned if I rent to gay men (since most are interior designers you know). Will they re-arrange my furniture or possibly buy all new, repaint, buy the latest accents and fine china, and then proceed to deduct their design work and time from the next 10 years rental?

I eagerly await your response since you obviously have everyone categorized. :wave:

Most of it was just joking generalizations and observations.

They probably won't charge you, what with all the expendable income from lack of children. :cool:

:lolabove::funn:

Originations don't seem to change. Although I have noticed that Canadians that drink generally spend a lot of money on their last days filling the trunk with booze.
