Howdy from Texas....
Hopefully my wife and I will be moving to the area within a month. We are young newlyweds on a very tight budget. We just need a 1 bedroom or large studio apt with W/D hookups. We also have a very friendly tamed declawed and nuetered Gato :) Around $600 would be ideal. More than that is possible, but less than that is even better. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Take care, Aaron

If you are having trouble renting something larger... say a 2 bedroom. Maybe we can cut a some kind of 6 month deal.

Ok, my needs have changed.

I'm looking for a 1br with a garage, or 2 br with garage, or just a 2 bedroom. What do you guys have out there?

Nothing on this website so far with that price range, but try www.southernresorts.com in the lower right hand corner click long term.

The closer you get into PCB would probably be more in that price range. The rental prices are pretty high (usually about twice what you said) in the SOWAL area. Good luck and if I see anything I will post or PM you.

Thanks guys!! Thank you for the southern resorts link, that was great. I'm sorry I was a bit confusing. Thankfully, I'm not under a tight budget anymore..... so I'm more concerned with what I need rather than the cheapest rent. We were going to just move, but now I have some good things in the works. 2 bed with small garage would be ideal. 1 bed with garage a high possibility. I'm an artist, and I need a garage for studio space. Thanks guys. you rock!
