I would have posted this in the RE section but could not handle the flogging!
This is truly a great buy. A great opportunity for a chef owner. Please call for details. The asking price is $69,000.

Here is an amazing opportunity to purchase the "Best Restaurant in Freeport". Big City Grill is currently open for lunch and dinner and has been opened for breakfast in the past. Locals love the atmosphere and rave about the sweet potato fries! Family life forces owners to sell their dream. This is business only and all lease details and financial will be discussed with a signed confidentiality agreement. Some of the attributes include a turn key business with expansion possibilities, indoor/outdoor dining, bar, large kitchen. It also includes top-of-the-line kitchen equipment, flat screen TV and beer and wine license. The business currently is operating with the management software Aloha Restaurant computer system. Big City Grill has fallen into the "Enterprise Zone." This saves the buyer/seller up to 45% of labor cost and sales tax on various products (ask agent for details). Owners are looking at all reasonable offers. Agent is related to sellers.

I am a lic. RE agent with Beach Properties of Florida

Bobby J,

On a recent trip to SoWal I ventured north to eat here. Never found it and wound up at Eds(very good by the way). Where is it exactly? Good luck with the sale! Sounds like a great opportunity.

What's the secret? I've got a technique one could try...drop cryptic hints about knowing a secret about selling area real estate. Drop these hints on the well known internet message board that services said area. Maybe I should get an infomercial going quick before someone else tries this....hope I am not too late...oops.

You mean the part about Freeport being an "Enterprise Zone?" That is a hard one to pass up.

...and having sellers that listen to you. The enterprise zone is icing!

Now you are going to have to start explaining the huge $$$ savings from opening a business which hires at least one new employee within an enterprise zone. I'm telling you, in ten years, Freeport will not be a sleepy little town which you pass through on your way to the beach. Those incentives which an enterprise zone gives to businesses, will be huge enough that you will likely see the big box stores opening in Freeport, before they open in SoWal.

So the talk of the Enterprise Zone got me thinking. Technically, I could open my business as a P.A. or LLC, pay myself out of the profits, and receive the tax breaks back on my pay to myself. I think this is really doable. I need to talk to my accountant.
