There is a lot of good sushi in SoWal. Sushi eaters are particular so you'll get lots of different recommendations. You can use the search function on the navbar and search for "sushi".

Some options:
Basmati - Blue Mountain Beach
Hilton Sandestin lobby bar - Sandestin gulf front
Old Florida Fish House - Seagrove Beach
Cafe Rendezvous - Seaside
Osaka Rocks - Baytowne Wharf

I don't think you'll go wrong with any of them.
