Are there any paths or trails suitable for running that are non-beach and non-asphalt surfaces in the area?
Thanks,
Milly

As SJ mentioned, the State Parks and Forests provide great trails through the dirt, sand, pine needles. Listen for the mountain bikes coming through as they may be focused on "not" falling into a tree! Enjoy the sounds of nature vs. your iPod for your own safety.
