Hello,I have a nice large bedroom with own bathroom for rent in a 2 bdrm condo at the pointe of view complex next to sandestin.The condo is very close too the resort,grand blvd.publix , and you can bike to the beach.The rent is $620 and that includes all bills,utilities,cable,internet available.I am willing to negotiate on the lease but probably want at least a 5 to 6 month commitment.The great thing is you can walk or bike to everything around here,leave the car at home.My name is Sean, please call for more info 960-3327.
