Hi everybody...
We have an actor from Atlanta coming down for our playwright festival that is looking for a room to rent for about a month (Sept 24 - October 27). I can attest that you will not see him very much at all for the first 3.5 weeks, as we keep them in rehearsal all afternoon and evening.
He's looking to pay about $300 - $400, and help with utilities and stuff as well.
