anybody see the dumptruck in the middle of 98

so I'm pulling up to turn onto 395 going west on 98 and this huge dumptruck is turning onto 98 heading toward 331 and this big wheel goes skipping across the hwy toward Pt. Washington..could have made it to Eden on a good day.....there is the truck skidding on the pavement with no front tire!:floor: :floor: :floor: :floor:

I saw it in the neutral ground, police on the scene, I didn't see the tire;I thought he was stuck working or whatever.
