I saw this yesterday. Man, I wish I could downsize like that. I would have to add a shower though!!!

I like the idea of a simple, beautiful (in a Frank Lloyd Wrightish kind of way), well-built, highly energy efficient medium size home 'tween the tiny house and conspicuously consumptive McMansion.
Can't remember how I stumbled across this, but it's a really interesting website with a lot of very cool links.

First this, then the "starter home" you posted. You'll be living in a shoebox next...

I'd like to say I could do that but I am a major pack rat. Just me and I have enough stuff to fill out my 1300 sq. ft.place and then some. :yikes: I am SO downsizing if I move to SoWal... I am already taking advantage of Craigslist to sell some stuff off... :D

There is no way she is a real woman. A man may be able to live like this, but not a woman. Did you see her closet? How many outfits did she have...like one?!

I could live in 84 sq ft. As long as it was floating somewhere in the gulf...
