Where do we get umbrellas and lounge chairs?
Do we bring our own?
Is there somewhere on the beach to rent them?
We are renting a beach house in Seacrest.
Also, is there a service that can stock our kitchen before we arrive?
Thanks!!!

http://www.beachtobayhomewatch.com/ also is available.

Some rental management companies include 4 chairs and an umbrella in the rental fee, but many have stopped this practice. We keep chairs and an umbrella in the downstairs closet for our our guests. Of course, in the high season we can't be there to check that the guests don't take the chairs home with them or leave them at the beach and have them stolen or washed away by the tide. But we do our best under the circumstances to make our guests comfortable.

Will you please stop by North Georgia and bring some of that rain with you? I don't mind a flash flood or two.

Two chairs and an umbrella are $20/day on the beach right there. If you're the type that spends several hours a day on the beach you probably would be better off buying a cheap umbrella ($28 IIRC) and a couple of beach chairs.

And on another thread I believe we agreed that chairs/umbrellas at Publix are as cheap if not cheaper than at Wal-Mart, plus you don't have to drive to Destin or PC (depending on which end of 30-A you're staying).

Might want to pick up a spare while you're there.....
