Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. is sure to be a great class. This is the only spinning class on 30-A!
I have been searching for a workout to help me with stress, diet and a huge caffeine addiction. I am a working mom and I was feeling so drained. I started working out with Kelli Precourt at Balance 6 weeks ago. Now I feel great and have so much more energy!! Thanks Kelli!
