Are you thinking of Carillon Beach which is on the way to Panama City Beach (from SoWal)?

Well, I don't know, but that seems to fit. Some friends are heading that way and maybe I misunderstood the name or she mispronounced it, but I would bet you are right. Do you know anything about it? Good place?
