View Full Version : Fabrice to open 2nd location on Scenic 30A
The plan is to open sometime in August at WaterColor. They are remodeling the ground floor in the building next to Starbuck's where the rental office was. The rental office has moved to the 2nd floor above sales in the building across from the clock tower.
Fabrice plans to offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Michael Belk is moving next to them and his space will become the WaterColor logo store.

 He's got my business. That man knows how to make some great food! I cannot wait for him to open his more convenient location. He will blow people on 30A away.

Hopefully he doesn't have to pass along too much of the rent increase in his prices. His 98 location isn't just good food, it's a good value as well.

Yes - lucky you!!! He and Fabienne are fabulous and his vision for his new place is very interesting and promising.
He makes the BEST fresh lightly seared (still rare) tuna burger sandwich and his prices are insanely reasonable in this market.
Miss Kitty: you will have some company there!!!!!

Yes, like less expensive than Pickles or Roly-Poly (Seaside), and Fabrice serves real food, not frozen processed crap.
RiverOtter, I don't think they have any kids, but they have a dog. I bet you are thinking about the foreign girls who work at Fabrice on 98.
