I have just listed a lot in Pelican Bay for $115,000. MLS 467181. The last sale in this subdivision in the MLS shows a sales price of $249,900 and it closed 3/9/2005. Pelican Bay is a gated subdivision located off East Mack Bayou Road just north of Sacred Heart Hospital. The subdivision has bay access, tennis courts, a picnic area and a dock.
