Looking to trade home in Sunset Beach for larger home on the opposite side of 30A. Would prefer home between Seagrove and Rosemary. My home has 3/3, spectacular views, granite countertops, all bedrooms are suites. Great rental house and history even though rented for only a short time. Looking to trade for new home with open floor plan. Some yard would be ideal. Home prices in Sunset range from 750K to 1.3K.
