Okay so I got an offer for $410k in December. In the meantime I've found something else I really like in sowal so I don't know if I can wait, even though I know I may have to. Wonder what kind of offers I could get now, so I'm asking for ya'lls' professional opinions please?:D Please also wondering, if you roll all your profit in to another home are you safe from paying the IRS any earnings tax?

It's in Gulf Vista, and is one of the units backed up to Camp Creek Golf Course, so it is nice and private. A retired couple lived there when we bought and it is great shape. I've rented it a few weeks every summer but that's it. It is ready to move in. I would sell it furnished with all appliances inc.w/d. The best thing is its grayt location. Private deeded beach access shared with Capistrano. 200 steps to the beach, and right between Seagrove and Rosemary/Alys. I :wub: the location. Very nice neighbors. :cool: We do not have a pool so our maint fee is only $125 month. Thanks all for any suggestions or ideas.
I would not consider myself a flipper even though I've been told I do laugh just like him. :biggrin: Plus, no granite or stainless. Just love Sowal and want to be there more and more as we grow young again. ;-) Thanks again for any help/ideas/suggestions/advice ya'll.
