Just checking to see if there is any interest in 3 half acre waterfront lots in South Walton (not in Chat Holley Area but north of 98) around $450,000 for all three. The water is appr. 6 ft deep with direct access to the bay. For more details, send me a private message.

Right now we are considering selling them together only. I'm mostly just looking for a solid, quick and easy contract. That may change but for now I'm gauging interest for them together. The response for this property has been great.
