I am looking for a long term rental in the SRB area. I have been renting for two years in Windswept Estates so I have a good rental history with my current landlord. Our lease has expired and we are now looking to move in July. We would like a 3/4 bedroom, 2+ bath, a garage is a MUST!! We would prefer to stay under $1,800/m. I would love to find a home on 30-A (if possible). It needs to be upscaled.....no white appliances!!!! We prefer granite, hardwood, travertine, stainless, etc. I want to give my current landlord a 30 days so I need to find something this week in order to move by July.
