I am possibly relocating to the SRB area and would need a place to live for me and my two kitties. Would love something along 30-A in the $950 and below range. Shooting for 7/1-ish.:wave:

Hi CTJake, My sister and I stayed here a couple of years ago in May. Nice homey condo. Great view of courtyard, pool and easy access to everything on 30A. Wish I could move down and rent it myself. Just curious what would you ask for a long term rental?
