SFH--Volume down 7% versus prior year, average price up a couple of percent (average price down 5% year to date)

Condos--Volume way up at 103% (resales up 20% or 8 units, new unit sales up 320%), average price down 22%

Lots--Volume down 41%, average price flat

Number of units sold. I'm not sure what's happened with inventory in the entire region, but over the last few months it has been rising in the premier communities along 30A including Watercolor, Watersound, Alys, Rosemary and Seaside.
