If any of you haven't seen Grande Pointe at Inlet Beach please come out this week. The infrastructure and landscaping will blow you away. It is located directly on Lake Powell and walking distance to the beach. There will be at least 5 homes open during this time.
Grande Pointe is located just east of Rosemary beach and west of the Phillips bridge.

We have had amazing traffic thus far. The parade will be wrapping up on Sunday. I hope some of you will have a chance to come out and see the neighborhood. Grande Pointe will also be one of 3 feature neighborhoods in the Okaloosa/Walton county parade in June.
