What a great place. I love the shots of color throughout. It has the aesthetic of an architect's home but it is playful and interesting and doesn't seem to take itself too seriously. If I had an extra $2 million laying around I would definitely buy it. :wub: The furniture comes with, right?

I've toured that house and it is my favorite one of all the ones I've toured in Alys Beach. Very functional with a great welcoming feel. Now I just have to find a buyer to fit it. :scratch:

I keep oogling the VT and I have to say I just love all the detail. :clap_1: :clap_1: :clap_1: Very unusual and interesting treatment to those perimeter kitchen counters, LOVE the blue bath, love the tilework, especially on the exterior walkways. SJ I would like to pretend to be your client so I can have a tour too. :D
