Relocating to Seaside area looking for long term rental

My family and I will be relocating to the Grayton Beach / Seaside area. I am looking for a 3/2 home, town home or condo for a long term lease. Garage and/or pool a BIG PLUS. Rent appx. 1300.00, preferably along 30A. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do no think this will happen for this type of property during this time of year at 1300 (unless 1300 is a weekly rate).
