...but it going to be rebuilt. In the mean time, go next door to Stinky's
Fish Camp, and give Jim some business so that he can afford to rebuild Lake Place.

I seem to remember during my impromptu tour of Stinky's that they have a Lake Place room they will be using to serve Lake Place customers until the restaurant is rebuilt. There are bottles of wine in the room that were in the Lake Place fire!
