I just want to say hi to everyone. I am from N.Y. and I am going to relocate to the emerald coast in the next few months hopefully. I love the whole natural aspect of the coast. I live near the water up here but nothing compares to your lovely beaches. It is 20 degrees up here with the wind chill one only know what the true temp is?

Our winter is almost over - yay. :D

I am new to this site, however I can say that the Emerald Coast does have some of the nicest beaches in the world. Where I am the weather is 81 degrees, the beach is good, BUT, the bottom line is , it is not the Emerald Coast! I hope in warms up before I arrive soon! Welcome to a great site!

Well, I am new too! Welcome! Kurt did VTs on both my beach rental houses. He is the best :P :P Tge message board keeps me in touch with the beach! :)

It was almost 70 degrees here in Denver today--but no snow-white beach.
