Hi. New to the area. Looking for any early morning circuit training/bootcamp workouts. Anything out there?
Thanks!

Bootcamp workouts at the Beach??? :idontno: I think more people are likely doing beach workouts. I haven't heard of any hardcore type programs going on, but there are several Yoga instructors around here, and after doing some of the more difficult classes, you will feel like you are in boot camp, but in a peaceful way.
If you are looking for a physical trainer who will push you hard, contact Paul, at Grayton Beach Fitness (http://www.graytonbeachfitness.com/4436.html). 850-231-7075

No, but if you find out let us know. Check around the military bases, ie Tyndall, Eglin, Duke, Hurlburt, etc.
And if you don't find it....sounds like a good bizness to start up....

Thanks for posting the info about Balance. I had no idea. Now I'm going to start looking in Panama City as well. This should be interesting. I'm challenging BB to find one up in the 'Ham as well! We're on GF!

Grapefruit...If God had wanted me to bend over and exercise, She would have put diamonds on the floor! ;-)

Listen Ms. Grapefruit! You may be on to something....
You could stand in your bedroom, clip the end off of a strand of pearls, then bend over and pick them up one at a time!
OR you can change it up a bit and alternate bending over with bending at the knees... You know....squat one, pearl two.....
