Just wanted to post for those that may be interested. Below I've copied and pasted the brochure I just created for you to get a feel for what we are doing!

Explore new aspects of yourself with like-minded women at Sowal’s first Women’s Creativity Group at One.Yoga! Designed as an outlet for women to explore ways of living a more balanced, authentic life on all levels via creative expression, participation can nourish you with the kind of compassionate attention that allows you to discover, develop and express your innate unique capacities. And don’t worry if you are one to say, "But I’m not creative! I’m not an artist!". This isn’t an artist’s group (although artists are invited too!). The purpose of the group is to build camaraderie and to celebrate the creativity that resides within all of us.
Our First Project:
2007 VISION COLLAGE
Monday Feb 26 & Mar 5
10am-noon
cost: $20
Set your intentions and manifest what you desire in your life this year, be it more wealth, richer relationships, love, better health, a new job, a new car ... anything! As featured in the much talked about DVD "The Secret" and recently shown on The Oprah Winfry Show, a Vision Collage is an expressive medium you can create to help you align yourself with the Law of Attraction (what you think about is what you attract).
Supplies Provided :: background board | adhesive | paints & brushes | magazines for clipping
Preparation :: Please spend some time thinking about what it is you would like to appear in your life this year. If you would like, we encourage you to cut from a magazine, draw, or paint some images, words, pictures, etc. to use on your board. We will have magazines for you to clip from at the group. Also, feel free to bring any personal embellishments such as favorite beads, family photos, etc.
