We have added a Gentle Yoga class to our Winter 2007 schedule on Thursday mornings at 930am. This is a perfect class for those with chronic issues (arthritis, osteoporosis, etc.) or for those that need to move at a slower pase. The focus of the class is on using gentle movement to restore the body's natural flexibility, strength and vitality.
