Hi all, We just reduced the price (to $998,000) on our brand new home in Seacrest Beach prior to listing it with an agent. If someone wants a deal this is the time, we will have to raise the price if we list it to cover the commission. We are losing money at this price, not even close to break even. We have given up on making any money in this buyers market and are in "stop the bleeding" mode (like alot of folks I'm sure).

The address is 35 Sailfish Street if you are nearby and want to drive by the house (directions follow). The home is perfectly situated a block from the lagoon pool, a block from the Villages of Seacrest and steps from the beach.

The house was complete in July 2006. We built it as an investment and we must sell! The home was custom designed by Williams and Blackstock architects and features upgrades throughout including custom trim work, custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and fixtures throughout, hardwood floors, etc. Four unique features of this home are:

The home has steel beam reinforced framing - a first in Seacrest Beach - for added weather security.
Each bedroom has a covered private deck.
The home has the largest sundeck in Seacrest Beach, bar none.
Gulf views from every floor! Pool view from front, plus Gulf views.

I have two sites which already have all the information along with tons of pics. If you like to see more, please visit them and send me an email with your interest...

Directions to 35 Sailfish Street, seacrest beach:
From 30A, turn into Seacrest Beach Blvd at the white lifeguard chair. Proceed through the stop sign and turn right onto Cobia Lane. Make the next right onto Sailfish. The house is the second house on the left. I have flyer boxes out front, feel free to take one and give me a call or email if you are interested in a showing.

Thanks. We wish we could stay in the house. We absolutely love Seacrest, the pool and the location.
