Accident on 331?

When I was going to work today 331S was shut down and emergency vehicles passed me. Any idea what is going on?

Another fatality, unsure of details other that it occurred at Mallet Bayou Road and 331. Just heard that both lanes will reopen in the next few minutes, one lane moving now.

My hubby just passed and he said it looked like a truck had rear-ended a dump-truck.

I am so maddddd at people for being so impatient! Every trip I take I see people passing in dangerous situations and always having to be in front. Who cares! Why do people have to be in front? Usually they are passing to go nowhere but a stop light or a stop sign or get in more traffic. Why can't people just slow down and quit killing other people. :pissed: :bang: :pissed: :!: I guess we need a "slow down and let others live" campaign!!!!

There needs to be a law against traveling 331 between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. unless the motorist is going to work or to school. All others, take alternate routes.

Obviously, I am joking but my co-workers - all of whom live in NoWal - see things on 331 nearly every day that would make a nun blurt out a cuss word.

There must be something in the air today in Walton County. There were three wrecks in WalCo today in which at least one person died in each one. Five total deaths from the three wrecks. In addition to this one in Freeport, there was one in Dufuniak and one in Ponce de Leon. :( Yall be careful. This 331 wreck is reported to be caused by the driver of the pickup truck crossing the center line and running into a dump truck.

I didn't know the guy who died, but this being such a small town, I cringe when hear or see a wreck, searching hard to see if I recognize the vehicle. Please pay attention to driving when you are driving.

Correction to my previous post. Four people died in the three crashes, not five.
