Need long-term house

Help! 2 adults and 1 Persian cat need a long-term house for rent or lease-with-purchase-option by March 1. Hoping for 3br/2ba, about 1600 or more sq. ft. and costing $1100. or less. I know that sounds impossible, but we are paying a hefty mortgage on our home in the Florida Keys while we wait for it to sell. Our current lease here will expire at the end of February and we need to lower our costs after a year of this already. Please reply!:blush:

If you can't find anything thru these great members, try emeraldcoasthomesonline and chose rental and you will find alot, not easy to tell if they are monthly, 6 month, or yearly w/out looking at detail. Good Luck.
