3360This is up HWY 77 in SunnyHills, if you have not checked out this area recently you need to. There are around 22,000 plated lots in Sunnyhills and allot of new construction. Its my opinion this is where most of the workforce will live that will power the ENORMOUS growth we will get due to the new Airport. NRPILand.com just purchased 7200 lots in Sunnyhills and marketing will start soon.

For those of us not living there, they will fly you and give you accomadations for the weekend. Could be worth the sales pitch if they let you leave the site.
I hate to see another mass development in the area. NOt good for the overall environment.
I am editing and deleting posts - we like to keep honest postings of property for sale clean. If you have questions or comments about the property for sale that is OK but leave your general criticism to other threads.
Thanks!

For clarification - this land is well north of Panama City.

I agree this is noteworthy. Probably would make a good thread topic.

The Sunny Hills area was platted out long ago. And then no one bought anything. A few years back, 1/2 acre lots in the area were going for $1,000-$1500 each. Looking back, slapping a couple of those puppies on my mastercard would have made a lot of sense.

OO, you might want to clarify that this different images are for different properties and are unrelated to each other. I was a little confused, thinking that they were all one property and did not click on all the photos to read the print of what was for sale until now. I was trying to figure out how you expected to put 33 lots on only two dry acres. :funn:-- just an idea.
