Help me plan visit Oct 3-10!

I am new to the forum so I don't know if this is the right area to post but here I go. We will be visiting the PCB from Oct 3 - 10th. I enjoy reading the forum here and learning about the sowal area and the great places to eat. Anyway, we would like to spend a couple of days exploring the sowal area while in PCB. Help me plan a two one day treks to the area. Just to let you know we are a family of four (45,37, 8, and 6). Thanks any advice and suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Start at one end and explore to the other.

Rent some bikes and bike all or some combination of Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton, Blue Mountain Beach. Kayak Western Lake. Have a meal at the Red Bar (ask for Oli). Visit one or more of the State parks. Get a smoothie at For The Health Of It - ask for some soap pedaler products (you can get bikes next door). Keep an eye on the calendar for events. Stay an extra week and join the Back to Nature Festival - Home Page.

I say take the kids to Grayton Beach so they can check out the Dune Lake area-it's cool, lots of kids that age playing. It's really cool as sometimes the lake and ocean interchange water and sometimes there's a sand wall the separates the two. Grayton has the Red Bar which has wonderful live music and great food (and a bar) but it's not all about the bar, very family friendly.

Seaside is cool to walk around and check out, lots of shops, candy store, toy store, gelato place. In the summer they have a movie night, music night, plays etc.. probably not during Oct.

Biking on 30 is very fun and there are lots of bike shops to choose from.

I love to eat at Stinky's Fish Camp.

There's a great bakery, it's an Italian Bakery next to an Italian restaurant on PCB on the beach front road, more to the west end from the big high rises. It's fabulous and soooo affordable! Can't think of the name now but it's in my trip report that I did in early June.
