331 Bridge repair to start Monday 7/20

Quote:
Repair Project Set to Begin on Choctawhatchee Bay Bridge
07/13/09 - 02:50 PM
Florida Department of Transportation

Pneumatic Concrete Company, Inc. will begin work Monday July 20, on the Choctawhatchee Bay Bridge. Crews will replace and repair a section of the existing finger joint. Northbound traffic will encounter lane closures between 8 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. nightly. Weather permitting; work should be completed in a little less than three weeks. Motorists are reminded to use caution and to obey the posted speed limit when traveling through the construction zone.
Watch out for the northbound problems now....

They did this for the other lane a few weeks back. I took about two weeks to get it knocked out, as they worked only at night. Slow down because these guys are lying on the ground right at the center line while doing some of this work. They will close off one of the two lanes as they are doing the work each night.
