Tomorrow morning we are boarding the big bird for our flight to South Walton and Grayton Beach...so excited at the very rare opportunity to have two whole weeks down there. Thanks for those photos, Smilin' Joe. You'd be breaking our hearts if we weren't on the way. The weather here has been dreadful, cold and windy with torrential rains. All the vines are dormant now and no more worries about late frost or early rains, and fewer visitors in our little paradise until spring. We are looking forward to some warmer temps, sunshine, walks on the beach with puppy Butter. I am also looking forward to visits with several of you. SJ, look us up for that martini! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, virtual pals!
Donna, I'd give anything to raise a few glasses with y'all at Grayton Beach! Have a safe trip and a Merry Christmas!! Will you be posting dispatches from the front?
Yep, will give a full report from the front surf line. And thanks for reminding me to take my password along. The laptop isn't wired the same as the desktop per my passwords, etc. Last time, I could only voyeur rather than participate. Looks like the weather will be fine. Heck, I'm even looking forward to the flight for reading and snooze time. Thanks for all your holiday wishes and a wonderful season to all of you.

Oh goodie, we will not miss you then. Have a good flight and a safe trip!
