Sounds like the initial order was mostly intended for the Daytona/Jax corridor, but it's written to cover the whole state just in case it gets bad.
And a reminder that as long as the order is in place, the anti-price gouging laws for gasoline and other essentials are in place, and that suspected price gouging should be reported to our friend Charles Bronson at the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs.
